This scope of work included the replacement of all deteriorated mortar and brick as required and replacement of all joint sealants with new high-performance silicone sealant. The terra cotta balconies were completely dismantled and rebuilt with new terra cotta watertable units to match the existing stone. The entire building façade was powerwashed and sealed and copper gutters and downspouts repaired.
