Police Station, Wickliffe, OH
Grunwell-Cashero was contracted to restore the façade of the Wickliffe Police Station. Built in the late 1980’s, the building is constructed with an EIFS veneer that was exhibiting discoloration as well as water infiltration problems at grade. We removed 500 lineal feet of the EIFS, and replaced it with a fabricated stone veneer. The remaining EIFS was recoated with an acrylic coating. The result was a more classic looking structure that complemented the surrounding architecture.
