The Job

• The building was originally built in 1915.
• We did a complete exterior cleaning and joint replacement of all brick and terra cotta.
• Replaced over 3,000 new units of terra cotta in 250 different shapes.
• Constructed 70 new balcony openings within the brick elevations.
• Patching and glazing of thousands of square feet of existing terra cotta.
