Entrance Renovation

The Job

• We were brought to renovate the entrance of this grand hall. 
• We removed and reinstalled close to 200 significant-sized granite stair treads.
• Patched concrete and waterproofed the structural stair slab. 
• Worked through unforeseen challenges that arose when we encountered a deep mud bed. 
• And removed, restored and reinstalled historic aluminum railings.
